A. Authorizing refund of taxes for overpayment 2025 2nd ¼ dates, due to 100%
Exempt Status for Bl. 251, L. C000A in the amount of $361.47
B. Authorizing adjustment of Public Bidding Thresholds
C. Amending Resolution No. 8-1-25 to authorize the QPA to award contracts pursuant
to the new Bid Threshold (from $17,500.00 to $53,000.00)
D. Amending Resolution No. 10-1-25 to adjust the requirement of the Russia-Belarus
quoting threshold to $7,950.00
E. Appointing Ryan Troiano as Class II Member of the Wildwood Planning Board with
term set to expire on December 31, 2025
F. Authorizing refund to Liem Nguyen for the purchase of one recycling can in the
amount of $85.00
G. Authorizing waiver of Class A Parking Permit for the Cape May County Special
Services School District
H. Authorizing return of Escrow Balance Deposit to Tenacity Development, LLC in the
amount of $3,394.25
I. Re-appointing Susan Plaza as Chief Financial Officer for a period of four years
(1/1/25 – 12/31/28)
J. Authorizing the payment of bills in the amount of $3,788,946.23 dated July 9,
2025

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
