#1 - Check Your Business Location
Check here to see if your location is in the UEZ coverage area.
#2 - Confirm Your Business State Registration
Of course, you must have an active NJ business. Check here to see if you have an active business and that your physical business located in the UEZ coverage area address matches your Business Registration Certificate.
#3 - If Your BRC Address is Not in the Zone
If your physical business address in the zone does not match the BRC, you must change your address on the Online Registration Change Service BEFORE applying for UEZ Status. You may need your 4 digit PIN. If you don't know your PIN or need other information, call the Division of Taxation at 609-292-6400. To obtain a PIN, you will be asked to supply identifying information from previous business tax filings. Please allow 48 hours for the system to update then go back to the BRC website and confirm your address has changed. Once changed, go to register in the program.

The Urban Enterprise Zone Program (UEZ) enacted in 1983, is an Affiliate of the Department of Community Affairs. The Program’s charter is to foster an economic climate that revitalizes designated urban communities and stimulates their growth by encouraging business to develop and create private sector jobs through public and private investment.
5 Year Plan
The Enterprise Zone Development Corporation of the Wildwoods Board is comprised of the Mayor and Business Administrator representing the City of Wildwood, City of North Wildwood, the Borough of West Wildwood, and the Borough of Wildwood Crest.
QUALIFICATIONS
To participate in the UEZ Program a business must (1) Register with the State of New Jersey, (2) Be located within a designated UEZ, and (3) Be in tax compliance with the State of New Jersey.
