The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs recently awarded the City of Wildwood an initial 5-year period grant to establish a Neighborhood Preservation Program on Pacific Avenue. The program aims to develop a comprehensive revitalization plan identifying neighborhood needs, assets and challenges to achieve strategic goals.
To begin the Program, the NJDCA has set up a Community Survey for residents, business owners, and other invested individuals in and around the Pacific Avenue NPP District.
