Chapter 17, Land Development, of the Wildwood City Code

(SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION)

      1328-25     Ordinance Amending Chapter 28 of the General Ordinances of the City

of Wildwood governing Wireless Communications Facilities

                  (SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION)

B.    Authorizing waiver of Special Event Fees for 2025 Flags of Liberty

D.    Authorizing Advertisement for bids for Topsoil for Wildwood Back Bay Landfill

Closure Plan to be published in the June 4, 2025 edition of the Cape May County

Herald with bids being received on June 19, 2025 at 10:00am

E.    Authorizing Triad Associates to prepare and process a 2025 USDOT Safe Streets

and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning Grant Application in the amount not to exceed

$5,250.00

F.    Approving Change Order No. 3 as submitted by Colliers Engineering & Design on

behalf of Fred M. Schiavone Construction, Inc. re: Boardwalk Rehabilitation

Phase VI for setup and removal of temporary diesel powered lighting at four

locations and speaker mounts and hardware (increase of $21,773.48 for a new

contract amount of $4,944,884.42)

G.    Authorizing advertisement for bids for Lease of Equipment of Space on a City-

Owned Water Tank in the June 4, 2025 and June 11, 2025 edition of the Cape May

County Herald with bids being received on July 10, 2025 at 10:00am

H.    Amending contract with Remington & Vernick Engineers construction phase services

in connection with the Ottens Harbor Community Flood Mitigation Project,

Susquehanna Drainage Improvement (increase of $5,800.00)

I.    Authorizing the payment of bills in the amount of $3,621,520.72 dated May 28,

2025

J.    Authorizing filing of all reports and other data contained in this agenda

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting.  Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person.  City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting.  Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
