C.      Authorizing advertisement for bids for Electrical Services to be published in the July 2, 2025 edition of the Cape May County Herald with bids being received on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 10:00am

D.      Amending contract with Trinity Code for Building, Plumbing and Electrical Services (increase of $25,000.00 for a new contact amount of $800,000.00)

E.      Authorizing the sale of certain items and certain vehicles on an online auctions site (GovDeals)

F.      Authorizing Keith Lamb be added as official signatory on Crest Savings Bank Water Collectors Bank Account

G.       Amending contract with Acuity Consulting Services for the preparation and submission of a Housing Element and Fair Share Plan in connection with the City of Wildwoods Affordable Housing obligation (increase of $16,000.00)

H.      Authorizing contract with Maley Givens, P.C. to serve as Specialized Redevelopment Counsel in connection with the Back Bay Redevelopment Project in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00

I.      Authorizing the amendment of the Restricted Parking Places Roster in Chapter 6, Section 14 of the City of Wildwood Code (Robert Serafini-219 E. Glenwood Ave, Mary Hubbard-143 W. Spicer Ave, Sharon Derrickson-222 E. 26th Ave)

J.      Authorizing contract with Colliers Engineering & Design to provide professional engineering design services for Boardwalk Rehabilitation Phase 7A-Widening Burk Avenue to Rio Grande Avenue and Phase 8-Rio Grande Avenue to Cresse Avenue in the amount not to exceed $497,400.00

K.       Authorizing the award of contract to Deweese Law Firm to serve as Conflict Tax Appeals Counsel in the amount not to exceed $5,000.00

L.      Authorizing contract with DeBlasio & Associates for Beach Street End Improvements-Conceptual Design & Cape May County Open Space Grant Application Services in the amount not to exceed $9,000.00

M.      Approving Change Order No. 4 as submitted by Colliers Engineering & Design on behalf of Fred M. Schiavone Construction, Inc. re: Final As-Built Quantities (decrease of $120,277.14 for a new contract amount of $4,824,607.28)

N.      Authorizing Advertisement for bids for Topsoil for Wildwood Back Bay Landfill Closure to be published in the July 2, 2025 edition of the Cape May County Herald with bids being received on July 17, 2025 at 10:15 am.

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
