1342-25 An Ordinance vacating a portion of Roberts, Youngs, Spencer, Niagara

4. RESOLUTIONS:
A. Authorizing and approving contract with AFA Protective Systems, Inc., for the
purchase and installation of a Fire Alarm System at the Municipal Building in
the amount not to exceed $89,778.35
B. Authorizing the use of funds designated for the City of Wildwood from the Fiscal
Year 2026 Wildwoods Urban Enterprise Zone Fund for the Wildwood Boardwalk
Rehabilitation Burk Avenue to Cresse Avenue Project
C. Authorizing Tax Collector to process the cancellation of tax delinquencies of
less than $10.00 during the 2025 calendar year
D. Authorizing interest rate and grace period for 2026 Tax and Sewer Collection
E. Authorizing Shared Service Agreement with Cape May County Open Space for the
Roberts Avenue and Lincoln Avenue Beach Street End Improvements for the term of
January 27, 2026 to June 1, 2027
F. Authorizing Change Order No. 1 as submitted by DeBlasio & Associates on behalf
of Lexa Concrete, LLC for FY2024 NJDOT Local Transportation Project Fund,
Reconstruction of New York Avenue (increase of $41,612.00 for a new total amount
of $927,371.00)
G. Authorizing UAW Agreement, January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2028
H. Authorizing the FY 2026 Local Recreation Improvement Grant (LRIG) Application
funded by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs to construct a pole
barn at the recreation area at 401 W. Youngs Avenue
I. Authorizing a contract with Cape May County Division of Culture & Heritage for
Arts in the Park 2026 Summer Series in the amount not to exceed $6,905.00
J. Authorizing a contract with Cape May County Division of Culture & Heritage for
Wildwood Music History Virtual Tour for 2026 in the amount not to exceed
$7,500.00
K. Appointing Rachel M. Fleck as Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the City of
Wildwood
L. Acceptance of a USDA Grant to assist with the Purchase of a Mobile Generator for
the City of Wildwood Water Utility Administration Building
M. Authorizing Cancellation of Capital Improvement Appropriations
N. Authorizing Transfers Between Budget Appropriations
O. Authorizing Cancellation of 2025 Budget Appropriations
P. Authorizing the Sale of Surplus on an online Auction Site (GovDeals, Inc.)
Q. Urging the Governor of New Jersey to declare a State of Emergency and issue a
State Disaster Declaration for the Jersey Shore in response to Coastal Storm
Damage
R. Authorizing the payment of bills in the amount of $1,741,798.63 dated December
30, 2025
S. Authorizing filing of all reports and other data contained in this agenda

10. PUBLIC COMMENT:
During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to
five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker
when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once
per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources
Department during work hours only.
