Lifeguards will be on duty Memorial Day Weekend 5/28-5/30, and the following weekends 6/4-6/5 at a limited number of beaches from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Beginning Saturday, June 11, lifeguards will be on duty daily at a limited number of beaches. If necessary, areas that bathers will not be permitted to swim in will be designated by red flags with the international “no-swimming” symbol on them. If necessary, bathers will be directed to the guarded beaches. This will be the standard operating procedure until the beach patrol is fully staffed.
