F.       Approving a 60 month copier lease contract with Toshiba for an AIMS Maintenance Contract for the Wildwood Water Utility for an annual sum of $5,400.00

G.       Requesting Approval of Items of Revenue and Appropriation under the caption of NJOT Municipal Aid Program for the Improvements to Hildreth Avenue in the amount of $102,088.00

H.       Requesting Approval of Items of Revenue and Appropriation under the caption of NJDOT Municipal Aid Program for the Improvements to Atlantic and Bennett Avenues in the amount of $186,373.00

I.       Requesting Approval of Items of Revenue and Appropriation under the caption of Public and Private Programs Offset by Revenues: 2024 Holiday Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over in the amount of $2,800.00

J.       Authorizing refund of taxes for 2024 4th ¼ due to payment made in error on online WIPP system by homeowner re: Bl. 104, L. 1.02 in the amount of $1,056.34

K.       Approving Change Order No. 6 Final as submitted by Colliers Engineering & Design on behalf of Fred M. Schiavone Construction, Inc. re: Street End Improvements at Maple and Spicer Avenues for final As-Built Quantities (decrease of $239,922.00 for a new contract amount of $1,389,987.52)

L.       Authorizing City Clerk to execute an Event Lease Agreement with GWTIDA for 2025 Elections

M.       Amending contract with Appalachia Hydrogeologic & Environmental Consulting, LLC regarding the Wildwood Landfill Closure Plan – Phase 1, Extension 2 for extension of Field Office, Perimeter Air Monitoring and Oversight/Reporting (increase of $244,100.00)

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
